How do I find out about the weekly print release?
There are several ways! To receive advance notice of our weekly print release, sign up for our newsletter. The newsletter goes out in advance of each Tuesday's general release and has a direct link to the purchase page so you can get ahead of the line. Other ways to find out about our print releases? When are new prints released?
We release a new print each week on Tuesdays at 1:30PM, EST.

What is an edition?
An edition is a limited production run of a particular piece of artwork. We offer editions of 50, 75 and 100, as determined by the artist. Each print is hand-numbered and signed by the artist. Once the last print is sold, the edition is closed and no longer available. The editions for sale are exclusive to the Working Proof.

Do the artists produce the work themselves?
Yes. Our artists provide us with their prints, each one signed and numbered. We are not a production studio or a print-on-demand service.

What printing method is used for the pieces?
We are not a print-on-demand gallery, meaning the artists produce each print themselves in-house. Each artist uses hand-pulled or digital methods to produce their print, as listed on the print's info page.

How do I know the print is authentic?
Each artist prints, signs and numbers each piece in their run. The artist maintains control over their pieces and their signature guarantees authenticity.

What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives in a damaged condition, please document the damage and send us an email to along with your order number, within seven days of receipt of the print. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we have received the returned item, we will replace the print free of charge, if it is not sold out. In the case that the print is no longer available, we will issue a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.

What if I think my print has a flaw?
We review each piece prior to shipment to verify that it is edition quality. In the event that it does have a flaw, please notify us immediately with your order # and a photo of the flaw so we can verify it with the edition. We honor flaw replacements up to seven days after arrival, so please contact us right away if you believe there is a problem with your print.

Can I choose which charity I donate to?
It is important to us that the artists select charities that are meaningful to them. We may open this in the future, but for now, the artist and charity pair cannot be changed.

How do I know what the charity does with my donation?
Please refer to the individual charity's website for an explanation of their expenditures.

Can I earmark my donation for a specific purpose?
Not through the Working Proof. If you would like to donate with specific needs in mind, please contact the charity directly.

Is my donation tax deductable?
No, purchases made by customers are not tax deductable. All donations are made directly to the charities by the Working Proof.

Do you offer wholesale?
We do not sell wholesale at this time.

Can I resell the prints in my store or gallery?
We limit the sale to 5 prints per customer to ensure that the pieces are delivered directly to collectors and not to resellers. Connect with the artist directly for gallery inquiries.

Can I reproduce the print on my own?
No, all rights are retained by the artist who created the piece.

Can I return a print if I don't like it?
Unfortunately not, all sales are final.
